NANOSHADING

Nanoshading combines both Nanoblading and Shading. Nanobladiing is similar to Microblading however, instead of using the typical blade, we are using a single needle to create hair-like strokes. This technique is suitable for ALL skin types and has longer lasting results. The Shading method is similar to a traditional tattoo, which uses an application of tiny dots of pigment that is inserted into the skin.

Nanoblading achieves an ultra-light density with crisp, realistic hair strokes at the front while the Shading gives a bold, defined look at the tail.

Nanoshading creates the crisp, realistic hair-like strokes of Nanoblading and the fullness and definition of Shading.

How Long Does Nanoshading Last?

Since Nanoshading pigments are not implanted into the skin as deep as traditional tattoos, the area will naturally fade over time. The Nanoshading results can last anywhere between 2 - 3 years depending on skin type, lifestyle, age and how often you get touch-ups.

Your skincare routine will also have an effect on the longevity of the pigment. Patients who tan, use chemical peels or products with AHA or Glycolic Acid will fade faster as your skin will resurface faster.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must not have a skin condition on or near your eyebrows. This includes eczema, shingles, rashes, keloid or anything else near eyebrows.

  • If you have a pre-existing eyebrow tattoo or permanent makeup. The tattoo or permanent makeup must be light enough for us to draw hair strokes. We ask anyone with a previous eyebrow tattoo to send us an email with a picture of their eyebrows with no makeup on, so we can evaluate.
    Email brow photos to: contact@seduiresalon.com.

  • Must not be allergic to alcohol, nickel or numbing agents. If you think you might have an allergy to our ink, numbing cream, or alcohol (which is in the ink), then you may have a reaction to our work. We suggest you to schedule a patch test at our Salon to ensure you have no reactions.

  • Clients must be the age of 18+ to proceed with an appointment.

  • Must not be diabetic, anemic or have any blood deficiencies.

  • If you are prone to post-inflammatory hypo-pigmentation. (Please schedule patch test to see if you are eligible.)

  • If you are vegan, vegetarian, or pescatarian, must submit blood work to show iron levels are normal.

  • If you are prone to keloids. (Please schedule a patch test to see if you are eligible to receive the procedure.)

  • Those with a blood disease such as HIV or Hepatitis are suggested not to proceed with the procedure. Due to difficulties of the body being able to fight infections, it would be in your best interest not to move forward with a procedure. Semi-permanent will cause numerous of injuries to the skin during ink application, so it will be a high risk of infection.

  • If you are going through chemotherapy. (Although the procedure is great for restoring eyebrows, a clearance letter is required by your doctor.

  • Must NOT be pregnant or breastfeeding (must be done breastfeeding for at least 90 days before the procedure.)

Why Do I Need
A Second Session?

During your 2nd session, our Séduire artists will go over the strokes they had applied during your 1st session and deposit more ink to extend the longevity. Additional strokes may also be added to give your brows more dimension.

For new members to Nanoblading, it will take 2 sessions to complete your desired brows and ensure longevity. For Example: When applying nail polish, you need least 2-3 coats to achieve a solid color.

When should I book it?

You may book your 2nd Session 6-8 weeks after your 1st session appointment.

Please note: If you decide to come back for a second session past 12 weeks of your initial session, this may result in faded strokes, which may result in additional charges due to extra work that may be needed. It is your responsibility to schedule your second session appointment.

After my 2nd session, when will I need another touch up?

If you want to keep your brows maintained, you can come back every 12-18 months from your last appointment. If you decide not to proceed with a touch-up, your brows will last around 2 years and will eventually fade away. Longevity will vary per lifestyle and skin type.

Nanoblading touch-ups are similar to getting root touch-ups for your hair. If you go when your Nanoblading first starts fading, you can simply have the color filled in. But if you wait longer than your artist recommends, you may have to have the whole Nanoblading procedure completed again.
